BCL Holds Opening Ceremony for Dalian Branch

The opening ceremony of the Dalian Branch of BCL, our subsidiary in China, was held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Dalian on March 5, with participants including: Ms.Chengqing Zhu, the deputy mayor of Dalian, Mr. Qingwei Luan, Chief of Dalian High-Tech Park, Mr. Lei Xu, Chairman of Beijing Software Engineering Corporation Limited, of the Chinese Academy of Science (SEC) and Mr. Takashi Igarashi, Corporate First Senior Vice President of Fujitsu. Scenes from the ceremony are provided below.

The Dalian Branch is BCL’s third development facility in China, following the Beijing headquarters and the Shanghai Branch. It commenced operations with 26 employees and a focus on developing mobile phones for Japanese manufacturers. The branch will increase staffing levels and expand its operations as needed.
